I want to partner with executives who see the business value of fair workplaces and investing in women and under-represented employees.
I’m not interested in working with companies who see inclusion as secondary to business results. Inclusion is not charity: it’s the key to long-term competitiveness.
Set objective standards.
Equip everyone to meet them.
Measure all performers equally.
Watch your company win.
— Anthea Rowe, Founder, Exmplify
We work with companies that believe their women+ employees represent untapped talent.
We help these enlightened orgs:
more accurately assess the economic value of under-represented employees;
increase under-represented employees’ power over critical business outcomes WITHOUT causing them to burn out;
promote, reward and retain (previously under-rated) high-performers.
We specialize in marketing, communications, HR and sustainability.
Why these domains? Three reasons:
Exmplify founder Anthea Rowe has personal experience working and teaching in each of these domains. She brings hands-on experience, in-depth knowledge, and industry connections to every client engagement.
When it comes to sheer numbers, these organizational functions are dominated by women. However, women’s executive leadership in these fields is still disproportionately low compared to overall workforce representation.
Corporate Marketing, Communications, HR and Sustainability are support functions. Unlike sales or product development, these functions are perceived as “non-core”. Professionals in support functions must work harder to demonstrate their value to the organization.
We work with ambitious, compassionate professionals.
Do you care about making money? So do we.
Do you wish compassion and humanity were valued in organizations as much as business acumen and balance sheets? Us too!
Do you aim to thrive in the current economy so you can help create an economy that’s more equitable for people and the planet? We hear ya.
How to know we’re NOT the right communication training agency for you or your company.
You believe compassion at work is a sign of weakness.
You want power only for your own benefit. You’re not interested in lifting others up.
You want things to change for you at work, but you’re unwilling to change anything about yourself.
